Window estimate pricing

There are many factors that go into our free window cleaning estimates.  The most efficient way to expedite the process of us getting you an estimate on your home or business is to take pictures of the four exterior sides from a distance so each picture shows a complete view of that side of the home or business. Then you may either text or email them to us and we will look them over and get you an estimate ASAP. Please mention if you have storms or mutton bars. If so, please indicate if the bars remove or are permanent, therefore creating many small panes of glass, and if they are on both sides or just one. Detailed description to the best of your knowledge will create the most accurate estimate via pictures. If this is not available, we will be happy to come out and give you an estimate. At-home estimates may take weeks during our busiest times.

Screens

Single screens: $4per. / Double screens: $6per. Door screens: $6per. / Add $2per to scrub wash prior to pressure rinsing.

-Remove/Replace screens only-

Single screens: $2per. / Double screens: $3per. Sliding door screens do not need to be removed.

Tracks

Agitate / Vac:

(Double Hung) - Sills: $3per. (Ladder required Sills) $4per.  / Tracks: $3per.

(Sliding windows & Doorwalls) - Tracks: $3per. 

(Casement) - Sill-between the window and screen: $1per or Casement-Opening: $6per. ($3per for bottom of opening sill only.)

Add Steam clean: Double prices above.

Casement lubrication

Lube Casements (Crank style windows): $2per w/ opening sill cleaning or $3per w/o any sill cleaning.

Mirrors

Minimum charge: $3per. (small bathroom) Maximum charge: $20per. (large fireplace/wall mirrors)

Skylights

Inside & Out: $20per ($25per requiring ladder) / Inside Only: $10per / Outside Only: $12per. ($15per requiring ladder)

EgreSS WINDOWS

Inside & Out: $15per. / Inside or Outside Only: $10per.

Shower Glass

Single Pane: $5per up to $30per depending on time/techniques-cleaners required.

Interior French Door Cleaning

Both Sides: (Panes charged @ 1.50per) Ex. 12 Pane: $18 / 15 Pane: $22.50 / 18 Pane: $27.00

Remove / Replace WINDow Bars

Ground Level: $3per /  Ladder Level: $6per

Storm / Pella / french style Windows

2.5 - 3 times the regular charge. (Could be more if removing screws / hardware is required)

Open/Clean/Close: +$20.00

(w/blind removal): +$25.00

Ceiling fans

DUST: Ground: $15per / Pole: $20per / TOWEL CLEAN: Ground: $45 / Ladder: $75per

Remove / REPLACE BLIND BATTERIES REQUIRING LADDER

1st blind: $50 / Additonal blinds: + $25 (customer must provide batteries)

Light fixtures

EXTERIOR HOUSE LIGHTS:

Ground: $5-$50per / Ladder: $10-$100per
