window cleaning
There are many different types of windows. From the more modern styles like casements "cranks", to older set-ups like storm windows and everything in between. You can trust our 20+ years of experience that we have cleaned your style of window before.
Track / Sills Cleaning
A service many customers have come to love and appreciate. Included in our normal window cleaning is always wiping up any excess water that might drip down onto the sill or ledge - because we are there to clean, not leave a mess. However we have learned that some desire a more extensive cleaning. - The first and most popular option is agitating then vacuuming any loose dirt, debris and bugs out of the tracks. Our most extensive option is to follow up the vacuuming with steaming of the tracks which allows us to break loose things in the tiny corners and crevices that a brush cannot get. This will leave your tracks cleaned and sanitized as best as possible!
Casement lubrication
As we clean the openings on casement windows we have noticed that very often the gears and gliding points tend to be neglected. We can lube these friction areas with a silicone water resistant spray to keep the windows operating properly.
Screen Cleaning
When people ask for an estimate to have their windows cleaned, only a few think about the screens being separate from the windows. Most screens are just as dirty, if not dirtier, than the windows themselves depending on how often the windows are opened. We never recommend putting a dirty screen back onto a clean window. Again several options here, from wiping them with a screen cleaner to scrubbing and pressure rinsing them.
Mirror Cleaning
From small and large bathroom mirrors to whole wall mirrors, many have found that we just clean them better. No more film, no more "where we can reach is clean", simply just clean. So you can see, well, yourself better.
Skylight Cleaning
So often forgot about, yet skylights are the windows that let in the most light into your home. Well, at least that was the plan of the builder when he put them in. Although there are a handful that we cannot access due to roof pitch and location, most we can clean inside and out without a problem.
Shower Glass Cleaning
That beautiful glass shower enclosure makes the bathroom really feel bigger than it is. At least in the beginning, before all the soap scum - or worse, hard water - builds up. Although we cannot promise to bring it back to like new condition, we do have many different methods to try and restore it back to what it use to be... CLEAR!

Re-Screening
While re-screening wasn't a part of our business from the beginning, we realized that so many of our customers needed their screens desperately repaired. So in an effort to provide our customers with a service directly related to window cleaning, we decided to start a full-service pick-up/drop-off re-screening service. New screens are needed when the fiberglass screening material becomes weathered and too frail to clean effectively. They will provide a better view, but more importantly won't allow bugs to gain access inside your home. We have a full-line of screening materials to meet the needs of all customers, whether that be strong and durable for kids and pets or near invisible when the view is all that matters! We provide this service only in the winter months when you are not using them, usually from December - February.
